FAQs

Common questions we encounter…

Do you work with businesses outside of Vancouver?

1

Yes — we serve businesses throughout the Fraser Valley, including Abbotsford, Langley, Chilliwack, Mission, Surrey, and surrounding communities. We offer both virtual and in-person consultations, so location is never a barrier.

Our pricing ranges from $175/hour for consulting to $2,150–$3,500/month for ongoing partnerships. We're fully transparent with pricing — everything is listed on our pricing page. We also offer one-time services and custom plans built around your budget.

How much does a marketing agency cost in the Fraser Valley?

2

We primarily work with local service businesses — construction companies, real estate professionals, health and wellness providers, law firms, financial services, and other professional service businesses across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland

What types of businesses do you typically work with?

3

How quickly will I see results?

4

Local SEO typically produces visible ranking improvements within 60–90 days for lower-competition searches. Sustained results build over 6–12 months. We focus on quick wins first while building the long-term foundation simultaneously.

How is working with Socialubbi different from hiring a freelancer?

5

A freelancer typically covers one discipline — a graphic designer, a copywriter, a social media manager. We take a strategic view of your whole marketing system and coordinate across channels. You get the output of a team with the relationship of working directly with one person.

Do I need to be physically located in the Fraser Valley to work with you?

6

No. While we serve the Fraser Valley and Vancouver locally, we work with clients virtually throughout BC and beyond. Our process is fully functional remotely.

How quickly can you get started?

7

Typically within one to two weeks of our first conversation. We start with an audit so we're building on accurate information, not assumptions.

My business runs mostly on referrals. Do I still need marketing?

8

Referrals are valuable — but they're a ceiling, not a growth engine. Marketing builds the visibility and systems that bring in clients beyond your existing network and create consistent lead flow regardless of how busy the season is.
